You should remember that task management solutions for iPhone4 are released (check the AppStore) on a regular basis. The gadget helps a person in organizing himself and conducting his business with easily.
1 Droplr.

There must have been times, when you would have felt like sharing an image or a file with multiple users. This is where you can use Droplr. The application allows you to upload and image and then e-mail the shortened link to as many people as you want to. Users can tweet it or simply copy the link within the applications. The Droplr also offers a free Mac client. The iPhone4 and Mac version will sync back and forth with each other. This is extremely convenient as when you are taking pictures or screenshots on your iPhone4, which you need on your Mac, you won’t have to e-mail them to yourself any more. You can simply upload them through Droplr and pick them up in Droplr on your Mac.
2.Due

Due is rather new to the Apple AppStore and has quickly earned a spot on the first page of my home screen. I have a bad habit of dismissing reminders and then forgetting that they went off. Due solves this problem for me. I can set repeat reminders and even if I dismiss the push notification, Due will continuously bug me at the intervals I defined until I open the application and actually mark the entry as done.
The overall interface is extremely slick and setting notifications couldn’t be easier. Some task management solutions are a pain when entering tasks, but not Due. Heck, you don’t even have to set a reminder title if you don’t want to. You can also tweaks the settings to what you use most commonly. I typically set reminders for about 2 hours later so I have that as my default time. If I need to, I can change that. You can also set repeats and push the reminders back by minutes, hours, or even days in one quick tap.
3.Evernote

Evernote is simple to use and has a beautiful interface. You can use the application while in a meeting or even for taking down notes at the time of consulting a client. Evernote also allows users to e-mail their notes to the people who may ask for the same, even before the meeting concludes.
Evernote also lets you add tags and different notebooks. For example, users can add tags for business, home and travel among others. Viewers do not need to weed through notes and dates and they can filter all their notes through the tags they wish to see at that very moment. Evernote is a free task management solution, but users will have to pay a subscription if they wish to see more monthly storage space.
4.Wunderlist

There are several list and task management applications on the Apple AppStore and I’ve been through several of them. I recently found Wunderlist and fell in love. Not only is it dead simple and have a beautiful interface, it also allows you to share your lists with others who use the service. Me and my business partners have a shared task list for our business. If I add an event or a meeting, it automatically syncs to their iPhone4s and iPads as well. Wunderlist also supports push notifications. And the best part? It’s free!
